Come and join the residents of Upchurch for a commemoration event for the 80th anniversary of D-Day. The event will be at Upchurch Recreation Ground Oak Lane. There will be the reading of the proclamation at 8.00am.

The evening will include the lighting of the beacon at 9.15pm in line with national celebrations.

There will be a food vendor, a licenced bar, ice cream van and light refreshments in the Scout Hut provided by the Scouts. All available from 7.30pm.

Bring your own seating or blankets.
