There was no meeting in April due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Local Authorities (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of Local Authority Meetings) Regulations 2020 now gives Local Councils the power to meet remotely during this current crisis and from May Upchurch Parish Council will be holding meetings virtually.
