Extraordinary Parish Council Meeting – Upchurch

Residents are invited to attend an extraordinary meeting of Upchurch Parish Council taking place on Thursday 23 April at 7:30pm in Upchurch Village Hall.

This meeting has been called specifically to discuss the following planning application:

26/500852/OUT Land North of Forge Lane, Upchurch, Kent ME9 7AE
Outline planning application (with all matters reserved except access) for Erection of up to 101 dwellings (including affordable housing) Formation of a new vehicular access from Forge Lane, car parking, public open space, and landscaping surface water drainage, pumping station, and highway improvements and associated ancillary development

Members of the public are welcome to attend and will have the opportunity to speak during the public participation section.
