Have Your Say on Kent's Highways and Transport Services

Kent County Council is inviting residents to share their views on highways and transport services by taking part in the National Highways and Transport (NHT) Public Satisfaction Survey 2026–27.

In addition to the main survey, six online surveys are available covering the following topics:

  • Highway maintenance
  • Accessibility
  • Walking and cycling
  • Public transport
  • Road safety
  • Tackling congestion

The surveys will remain open until the end of February 2027.

The feedback received will help Kent County Council better understand the priorities and concerns of people who live and work in Kent, and will inform future planning and improvements to transport services across the county.
