Upchurch is situated just off the A2, between Rainham and Sittingbourne, in the County of Kent. It has been here for centuries, and is now a bustling village, population approximately 2,500, which still retains a rural atmosphere, despite being within easy reach of the Medway Towns, the north Kent coast and many other places of interest such as Canterbury and Rochester
Upchurch has many amenities, such as a fine 13th Century church, a thriving primary school, a busy Village Hall, three pubs, farm shops, a golf course and many other activities, making it both a good place to live and to visit.
The Parish Council normally meets every first Thursday of the month (excluding August, when there is no meeting). Please refer to the Minutes and Agendas page for details of time and location.
Our Report It! page gives details of where to log faults with bins, dog fouling, graffiti, litter, roads, pavements, street lights and public rights of way and the Useful Links page contains other helpful links.
